Our History

Our journey from distribution to indigenously developed and marketed beauty products

From humble beginnings as distributor of cosmetic brands in 2001 to a market leader in India’s most trusted brands of beauty & skincare products, T&V Beauty Indulgence has achieved several milestones in the last 2 decade.

Skin Miracle, founded in 2004 by Vishal Baid and his family, emerged from humble beginnings to become a leading name in the beauty industry. With an initial investment of just Rs. 100, they grew the brand into a thriving enterprise with an annual turnover of 25 crores, all through self-funding.

Vishal’s journey in the beauty industry began in 2001 when, at the age of 21, he and his father ventured into the business world. They seized an opportunity in exclusive distribution for Janssen cosmeceuticals in India, laying the foundation for their future endeavors.

Driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to quality, Skin Miracle expanded its offerings to include La Marinere and Blu Essentials, setting up their own manufacturing unit in India to ensure control over product quality and ingredients.

Despite initial challenges, including market entry and product marketing, Skin Miracle achieved significant milestones, collaborating with prestigious salons like Green Trends and Naturals. In 2019, with the addition of Mr. Sunil to the team, the company embarked on a nationwide expansion strategy.

The success story didn’t stop there. Sensing a market need, Skin Miracle introduced Dapper Dude, an exclusive line of men’s skincare and haircare products. After rigorous testing and formulation, the products hit the Indian market in 2023, with Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh appointed as brand ambassador.

Looking ahead, Vishal envisions reaching a turnover of 100 crores by 2025, propelled by his dedication and determination. He attributes his success to the unwavering support of his family and remains grounded in his personal values, epitomized by humility and staying true to his roots. From a modest beginning to a thriving enterprise, Skin Miracle’s journey embodies resilience, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence in the beauty industry.
